Quality of life development plan

Here is a sneak peak at our QLDP for Lucas County. Most politicians talk about an Economic Development Plan. My intention is to broaden the plan. A QLDP, when implemented properly, will advance economic development, social development, and community development for a Lucas County we can be proud to call home. We are talking specifics at the neighborhood forums I've been attending (and more to come). And a news conference on October 15th is planned to dive further into the details.  Thank you for taking the time to look this over.
